Way back in 1731 Peter Henckels had the idea to register the ZWILLING trademark with the Cutler’s Guild of Solingen, Germany, which makes it one of the oldest brands in the world today. The company started with the production of a kitchen knife and now is a specialist for international culinary culture as we know it today.
