The elegant ridged surface was inspired by designer Sigvard BernadotteÕs original silver pieces created in the 1930s but is given a new, modern appeal when translated into stainless steel, porcelain and glassware. One of Georg JensenÕs original collaborators, Swedish royal prince Sigvard BernadotteÕs iconic work looks as good now as when first designed. The Bernadotte collection draws on the originalÕs sense of timeless sophistication and craftsmanship whilst being also totally contemporary.
