Product Details

Built-in dowels are perfectly spaced for optimized hanging so strands of pasta will not stick together while they dry until it is time to cook. It sets up quickly and folds downs to less than 1-inch for easy, compact storage. Simply hang freshly cut pasta strands evenly on each dowel of the Pasta Drying Rack. To keep its freshness, pasta doesn't need to be dried for long, just long enough to harden, allowing it to keep its shape when cooking. Handmade in Italy.
